dirty balcony chipped furniture
the balcony i got was pretty gross with no furniture. this means i couldn't even use it, a real bummer. the room was alright but things look kinda old. i noticed the shower grout was black and some furniture had chips. the windows also needed a good cleaning.

the breakfast was excellent!!! i commend the staff especially rana who extended a warm welcome.
I found the lack of privacy due to the open bathroom layout frustrating. It really detracted from my comfort.

good room excellent service great breakfast
My room was very good and clean. Breakfast had a great range of options. The service from the staff was really excellent, I'm so grateful. I found the location great for a business trip.
The pool is small and on the roof. Young children may not find it suitable.

limited selection slow room service
the room was spacious (i was in a beautiful king room) and it met my needs for a short stay.
I was quite disappointed with the breakfast buffet. the selection seemed limited, and the quality wasn't what i expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the room service was slow. It took almost an hour to get a simple order of coffee and a sandwich.
